Significant amounts of money has been spent to design, develop and sell Emile and our other resources. As such, we must see a return on this investment in order to maintain the Company.
As such, the Company will enforce all intellectual property rights created.
It should be noted that Emile is the subject of patent applications.
It should also be noted that Emile is a registered trade mark in the UK and Mexico. We also have trade marks pending in other territories.
Emile, the game, the characters, the brand, the know how contained in the product and gameplay are all exclusive the property of the Company.
By purchasing a licence to access Emile or our other resources, no customer gains any rights to use the intellectual property other than by playing the games or accessing the resources.
Any suggestions submitted to the Company may be assessed. Any new feature which arises from such a suggestion shall be owned exclusively by the Company.
We run demo’s almost daily for teachers throughout the year. They are a great way to see Emile in action and see if it’s right for your tutor group, school or MAT.
