Technical Troubleshooting

The games some times appear wrong with buttons in strange places.

Solution

This issue is associated with using Internet Explorer or Safari which unfortunately we no longer support.

We do support Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge

Multiplayer games seem to be blocked or misbehaving.

To host multiplayer competitions use the below websites need to be accessible. On some networks, it may be necessary for the network manager to whitelist or make exceptions.

I can’t access any of your websites or use the app.

As of 17th September 2027, we were made aware that Trooli broadband provider has blocked Emile websites. (We do not know why.) We have contacted Trooli and requested they remove this block. In the short term, please use mobile internet or a VPN to connect to Emile websites/app. (An email to [email protected] asking for Emile to be whitelisted would be appreciated.)
